Our team of experienced design & project engineers will meet your production requirements by designing systems
for laser marking, engraving, welding, cutting, drilling or hardening. We are experienced in robot loading and unloading, pick and place, vision systems and pattern recognition, CNC motion and galvo beam delivery systems.
From small batches of components to high volume production, we will meet your requirements for laser marking
and coding of graphics, serial numbers and barcodes on plastic or metal parts. Our in-house laser systems provide laser etching and decorative engraving or identification marks onto your finished products. We regularly produce adhesive labels & rating plates, and we mark measuring scales on flat or cylindrical parts. In addition we can remove coatings or layers from your sheet material, or produce micro-channels or holes.
Standard systems for 3d printing from Concept Laser for metals and ULS systems
for marking or cutting of plastics are distributed by ES Technology in the UK and Ireland. These machines can assist in R & D or rapid manufacturing which allow development and manufacturing cycles to be shortened by additive layer manufacturing from 3D CAD models.
Our range of Laser Components includes laser diode bars, stacks and diode laser systems from DILAS,
power supplies and drivers from Lumina, acousto-optic assemblies, wafers, non-linear crystals and other elements based on Lithium Niobate technology from Crystal Technology and laser safety eyewear from Univet.
